30+ years of experience. UCLA School of Dentistry faculty since 1994. A conservative, education-first approach to beautiful, natural results.
Dr. Firouzeh Manesh received her Bachelor of Science in Cybernetics with an emphasis in Bioengineering from UCLA in 1987, followed by her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1991. She further advanced her training through a General Practice Residency at VAMC, Sepulveda.
Since 1994 she has served as a faculty lecturer at UCLA School of Dentistry in the Section of Restorative and the Section of Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) — teaching the next generation of dentists while continuing to practice.
After more than three decades of practicing and teaching innovative cosmetic techniques, Dr. Manesh understands that an educated patient is the happiest patient. Most people don't realize how aggressive and irreversible some cosmetic dentistry can be. Oftentimes it is unnecessary to remove valuable enamel to achieve beautiful, natural results.
Her passion is to match her patients' outer smiles with their inner ones. Whether you are looking for the latest in cosmetic dentistry or simply a dentist who can help your whole family smile, we'd love to welcome you to the practice.
Our philosophy is simple — to treat each patient as we would treat our own family members, to create long-lasting relationships, and to improve your smile and your life. We call it relationship dentistry — a unique blend of two worlds: advanced modern dentistry and old-fashioned relationships.
A standard of excellence in personalized dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.
As a practice, we are true believers that preventive care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide "dental health care" — not "disease care." That's why we focus on thorough exams — checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. Routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease.
Infection control in our office is extremely important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross-contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We are a dental practice devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long-lasting smiles. We welcome every member of your family — from children to grandparents — and look forward to building a lasting relationship with you.
